Terracon

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026. This policy explains how Terracon collects, uses, and protects information from website visitors, leads, customers, and people who contact us through Meta channels.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, inquiry details, callback requests, and messages sent through our website, customer portal, Facebook Page, Messenger, or other communication channels.

Public comments made on Terracon's Facebook or Instagram posts and ads may be stored in our CRM, classified for sales intent, and converted into a lead when the comment asks about buying, pricing, availability, payment plans, or property details.

We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, page visits, referral source, and analytics events to keep the website secure and improve our services.

If you allow marketing analytics, Meta Pixel may collect page visits and actions such as searching apartments, viewing a property, contacting us, or submitting an inquiry or callback request. We do not load Meta Pixel until you give this consent.

For consented website advertising measurement, browser and server events may include the page URL, Meta browser identifiers, IP address, browser information, and normalized hashed contact identifiers. These fields improve event matching and are not sent when website marketing consent is absent.

How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, manage real estate sales and customer service conversations, arrange requested callbacks, send project information, maintain CRM records, improve our website, and comply with legal or security obligations.

Messenger messages received through our Facebook Page may be stored in our CRM so our team can reply and keep a complete service history.

Our team may reply publicly to stored Facebook and Instagram comments from the CRM. Comments that do not become leads remain available for review, moderation, and data-deletion requests.

For leads originating from Meta ads, we may send privacy-protected CRM funnel milestones to Meta through Conversions API, including received, contacted, qualified, appointment, completed purchase, and disqualified-lead events. A disqualified event may include a broad reason category such as wrong number, accidental submission, price, location, payment terms, or timing. This helps measure and improve advertising quality.

When a consented website inquiry is submitted, Terracon may report the same Lead event through Meta Pixel and Conversions API using one shared event identifier so Meta can deduplicate the browser and server copies.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our website, CRM, hosting, analytics, email, messaging, and customer support systems. These providers are expected to handle information only for the services they provide to Terracon.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

When website marketing consent is active, Meta may process browser-side and server-side advertising measurement data, including limited advanced matching, under its own data terms. Contact identifiers used for matching are normalized and hashed; Terracon does not include raw email addresses or phone numbers in Conversions API event payloads.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including lead management, customer support, legal compliance, and business recordkeeping. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where practical.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at admin@terracon.ge. You can also use the data deletion instructions page linked from this website.

You can allow, reject, or later withdraw Meta marketing analytics through the privacy settings control shown on the website. Withdrawing consent stops future Meta Pixel events and future consent-dependent website Conversions API events.
