Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: May 26, 2026. You can request deletion of personal information that Terracon stores through the website, CRM, customer portal, Facebook Page, or Messenger.

How To Request Deletion

Send an email to admin@terracon.ge with the subject line Data deletion request.

Include the email address, phone number, Facebook profile name, Messenger conversation details, or other information you used when contacting Terracon so we can locate the relevant records.

What We Delete

We will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your request where we are legally and operationally able to do so. This may include CRM inquiry records, website form submissions, and Messenger conversation records.

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or contractual reasons.

Processing Time

We aim to respond within 30 days. If we need more information to verify or process your request, we will contact you using the email address you provide.
